Iconic architecture, familiar landmarks, unexpected details, street life and the people who give the city its character come together in a visual record of Toronto at a particular moment in time.
Rather than simply documenting the city, these photographs explore its atmosphere, rhythm and ever-changing identity.
A DOCUMENT OF TIME
The photographs in this collection were made between 2010 and 2026 a period of remarkable transformation for Toronto.
During these years, the city experienced extraordinary architectural, cultural and social change. Seen together, these photographs form more than a collection of individual moments—they become a visual document of Toronto as it was, and as it was becoming.
Some images celebrate the familiar. Others reveal quieter, unexpected moments that might otherwise disappear into the city’s constant movement.
